Use this form to book, change, or cancel your shuttle between the station and the hotel.

Note: We do not accept reservations by phone.

*ご利用は事前予約制です。前日18:00までにこちらの「送迎ご予約フォーム」より、お申し込みください。

ご希望のお時間が埋まってしまう場合がございます、お早目のご予約をオススメしております。

*ご送迎に関しましては、JR日光駅もしくは東武日光駅からの無料送迎を行っております。（送迎先は前記の駅2か所のみでお願いしております。東照宮などは渋滞によりお迎え、お送りとも差し控えさせていただいておりますことをあらかじめご了承くださいませ）

*※当日のご予約は承っておりませんが、フォームからお問い合わせいただきました場合（当日10時まで）のみ、可能な限りの対応を致します。調整がつかない場合は、お客様ご自身で公共交通機関などをご利用ください。

*Reservation Deadline
Please book by 6:00 PM (18:00) on the day before you arrive.
Seats are limited. We recommend booking as early as possible.

*Pickup & Drop-off Locations
We provide a free shuttle service from these two stations only:
・JR Nikko Station
・Tobu Nikko Station
We do not offer service to other locations (such as Toshogu Shrine) due to heavy traffic.

*Same-day Requests
In general, we do not accept same-day reservations.
If you need a shuttle today, please send this form before 10:00 AM.
We will try our best to help you. If we cannot provide a seat, please use a bus or taxi.
